I forgot the password to my account.

If you have forgotten your password for your Privica account, simply click on the Log In button above. This action will take you to the Log In screen where you can click on "Forgot Password ?" allowing you to reset your password.

How do i withdraw funds from my account?

If at any point you would like to withdraw from your account simply call customer service at 1-800-304-1655.

How do i link a bank account to my account?

Clients can add a new bank accounts by logging into the client's account and selecting the "Add New Bank Account" button.

How do i confirm the email address on my account?

To confirm any client information log into the client account and select "Account Info", where you can see your email address and much more information.

How can i view my transaction History?

Any client can view their transaction history by logging into their account, transactions by default will be shown on the overview page.

Where is my refund?

If at any point you would like to address funds from your account simply call customer service at 1-800-304-1655.

How do i request payments by be transferred?

Any agreements reach by yourself or your third party services will be transferred automatically once receiving instructions from third party services or yourself.

Closing you account

Once received notice from yourself or your third party service we will return all remaining funds to your bank account and close your account.
